Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Fluent communication in English.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Formal computer training an advantage, proficient in relevant computer applications such as Excel, Word.
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Partial Knowledge of Inventory and Accounts will be added advantage.

Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
