1+ years of experience in Software Support or software hands on of Tally/Marg/Busy/Quick books/Any Other ERP or software.

\

Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning.

\

Providing training to employees, Partners or Clients.

\

Knowledge of internet, Ms Excel and word must.

Role & </Responsibilities>

\

Provide first-line technical support to software users via phone, email, or chat.

\

Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers.

\

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software problems.

\

Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.

\

Document and track issues reported by customers in the support ticketing system.

\

Collaborate with product development teams to improve software based on user feedback.

\

Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.

\

Understand the business process; configure the software as per training given.

\

Support customer for data entry and guide them, if required do data entry for them.

\

Insert customer data by inputting text based, Excel based and numerical information from source documents.
